The Maritime Ball - Shape of the Wind

Step into an evening of elegance, intrigue, and maritime legacy at this year’s most anticipated event, The Maritime Ball: The Shape of the Wind, our annual fundraising gala benefiting the Texas Maritime Museum. Inspired by the unseen force that has guided ships, shaped coastlines, and influenced the course of maritime history, this extraordinary evening invites guests to celebrate the stories, people, and forces that have shaped Texas and its relationship with the sea. Hosted at the beautiful Rockport Country Club, guests will enjoy complimentary valet parking, a gourmet three-course plated dinner, an open bar, and beautiful live ambient music in an elegant setting. The evening will also feature both live and silent auctions, offering exclusive treasures, unique experiences, and opportunities to support the Museum’s mission. We warmly invite you to join us in supporting our mission to preserve and share Texas maritime history. Proceeds from the event will help fund future exhibitions, educational programs, conservation initiatives, and the ongoing stewardship of our historic collections. Whether you attend as a ticketed individual guest, sponsor, or underwriter, your participation helps ensure that the stories of Texas’s maritime past continue to be preserved, shared, and carried forward for generations to come.
